About me

I am blessed to be a wife to a wonderful husband that can fix, build or put together anything. Not only is he the handiest of all men but he is the best dad a kid could ask for! Being a mom to such a sweet and silly toddler has been the biggest blessing and challenge. She teaches me patience and shows me the joy and curiosity in the little things of life. And now we have a beautiful new baby in our life, Reina. She is the perfect addition to our little family.

Baby Dean, Baseball Game and Our Future Talk Show Host!

We have had a great month of firsts! Last weekend we welcomed baby Dean into our lives. He is such a cutie and we are so excited to have him join our family.

Right when he was born!

My first time holding him

Lexi meeting Dean-over and over again she says "baby dean" in such a cute tiny voice...

Dean's 1st family dinner!

Uncle Grant reading a story to Lily, Lexi and Dean (laying on the pillow in front of me)
And our topic of the day is....
Frank's Mom bought Lexi little chairs and she just loves them!
She looks like a little talk show host because everyone who comes over she gets to sit in the chair with her, makes for some great photo ops.

This is by far my favorite picture!!!! Viviana looks absolutely adorable sitting by herself!!

Even her stuffed animals make an appearance on her show..she had lots of interesting questions for them!

Lily loves to sit in the chairs and watch Elmo so whenever she is here for Elmo time before bed she drags them towards the TV and tells Lex to sit.

We went to a Sesame Street Live show, Lexi and Callan were such big kids sitting in chairs all by themselves for the show. They loved it!

We go to the zoo with Gigi and Lily almost every Tuesday, on this trip Max went with us. They were too funny sitting on this polar bear. Max and his hermanas :)

Lily was determined for them both to wear matching purple monkeys that tie around their necks, Lex was suspicious of Lils trying to strangle her so it took awhile for her to get it on but eventually she did and neither of them wanted to take it off! Looks like next tuesday we will be making the investment...

Every mom needs a kitchen helper!!! Frank built a replicate of a kitchen stander that Lily has that basically is a platform for a toddler to be at counter height. As I am sure  most of you know trying to get anything done in the kitchen sometimes is impossible and this is the best thing ever to happen to us. Dishes and meal prep is a breeze now with Lex on her stander and "helping" to measure and prepare a meal. What a lifesaver!!

Lily was HARD at work trying to measure things out perfectly with her bowls and funnels, hilarious!!! She was determined to teach Lex how a funnel works but Lex was not too interested in this new skill...

Sitting on Millie and Benson is a fun new thing to do....

Frank and I thought it was funny at dinner one night to put noodles on Lexi's face and watch her try to pull them off and eat them

Chillin with daddy after a walk...

Having way too much fun at the library!!

Much to my dismay, grandpa is determined to get his granddaughters to love strawberry ice cream and twizzlers!

Having a blast with finger paints

SCREAMING because the water was cooooold but she loved every minute of it

Family day in Old Town

Tunnel play at the Hulabaloo festival

Mesmerized by a dance routine

Finally mastered a jumpy at Joel and Nico's party!

Mommy, do I seriously have to wear this?!

"Twain, Twain, Twain" The obsession in her life this week!

We went to our 1st baseball game with Emily, Paul and Wider. They had a great time running around the park while we sort of "watched" the game. Such a great place to take kids!

Sandbox to play in while they "watch" the game

She's clapping!! But she isn't quite sure what for but she just loves the excitement in the air!

Soaring over the San Diego sky line and Petco park!

This little cutie is so amazing and we love every minute of her life!!!

It's hard to believe this was her exactly one year ago, she still sucks her thumb and makes the serious face. Her smiles just melt our hearts.....
